Mild sweetness. Very mellow acidity. Smooth full body. Flavours and aromas of nut, berry and smoke. Lingering smoky finish.

Sarina Blend (4)

Sweet. Medium, tangy acidity. Light bodied. Chocolate, berry and citrus with hints of wood smoke. Lingering chocolate sweetness on the finish.

A medium roast with deep caramel and chocolate tones complemented by fruity nuances. Grown by the Cage Femenino women's cooperatives of northern Peru.

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Fair Trade Organic (4/5) *

This medium bodied roast of Ethiopian beans shows off citrus and floral notes. Smooth and well balanced, this coffee also presents a mildly addictive toffee like finish!

Deep, Dark Guatemalan (6/7) *

This roast has a pleasing hickory aroma. Rich body medium acidity refreshingly blanket the palate.

Ethiopian Sidamo Fair Trade Organic (5) *

Our medium roast Sidamo offers delicately fragrant floral notes complemented by a subtle splash of chocolaty tones.

Guatemalan Huehuetenango (5/6)

Shade grown bringing forth a spicy-peppery acidity, and a smooth rich body. Finishes with a distinct rich smokiness that fades into a spicy chocolate.

Burundi (5/6 Seasonal) *

Grown between 1750 and 1778 metres above sea level. A fully washed coffee with a taste of chocolate, sweet with a medium body and lemon aroma.

Mexican Li Maya (3/4) *

Brown sugar and dried fruit with a creamy body. Ideal for espresso, immersion of filtered brew methods.
