Our
journey began with visits to coffee roasters throughout
North America. We studied the many aspects of coffee,
from the growing and picking of the bean to the importance
of roasting and storage. After careful evaluation, we
selected a unique mix of beans to create our exceptional
blended and flavoured coffees. To offer you greater
variety and taste, we also chose a complete line of
espresso drinks such as the Mocha Canadian and the Klondike
Cappuccino.

| Recognizing
that finding a great cup of coffee was only one part of
a great experience, we added a knowledgeable staff, a
great selection of desserts, baked goods and unique lunch
items. We packaged these into a warm and inviting lodge
atmosphere that is inspired by this great nation we call
Canada. |

result of this work is Coffee Lodge. On behalf of the
